Founding engineer building a production voice AI platform end-to-end: real-time conversational agents for inbound and outbound phone calls. Own the full stack from telephony and low-latency speech pipelines to product surface, agent tooling, campaigns, and cloud infrastructure.

• Architected the real-time voice stack on Pipecat: STT -> LLM -> TTS pipelines with VAD, barge-in/interrupt handling, turn latency tracking, greeting prewarm, and RTVI events for browser + phone clients
• Built multi-carrier telephony for global calling (Daily.co/WebRTC, Twilio, Telnyx, and Plivo India) with SIP domain origination, inbound webhooks, outbound dial, and call transfer tools
• Designed pluggable speech providers (Deepgram Flux, Cartesia, Speechmatics, Modulate STT; Cartesia, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, Fish, Inworld TTS) with region-aware routing for US / UK / EEA data residency
